The car is already bought. Can I order delivery only?
Yes. Send us the collection point, the delivery city, the model and the condition of the car. We will agree the route and the services you need — no repeat sourcing or purchase support.
What does car import support include?
Depending on your request: sourcing, purchase support, transport, customs documents and certification. Not every car needs every stage. We agree the list of services and who is responsible for what before work starts.
Are customs duties and certification included in the delivery price?
The transport price is not the full cost of import. Customs duties, certification and other stages depend on the car and the destination country. When we quote, we state what is included and what is charged separately.
Can you organise regular shipments for a dealer?
Yes, logistics for dealers and importers is a separate line of work. Tell us the sourcing countries, delivery points, number of cars and frequency, and we will discuss transport, paperwork and handover.
The vessel has arrived — can the car be collected now?
Not necessarily. The car must be confirmed ready for release and the terminal formalities completed. We tie collection and the transporter to the status of the specific car, not just the vessel's arrival.
Which documents are needed to collect from the port?
The list depends on the terminal and shipping terms. We confirm it for your delivery and coordinate the preparation. For a first enquiry the known route details are enough; please do not send document copies unless needed.
