How does delivery from the USA differ from Europe?
A US route usually combines collection from the seller, transport to the port, the sea leg and onward delivery. For European purchases road transport is often enough. We choose the exact scheme from the collection and destination points.
Can you deliver an electric car from China?
Let us discuss your model and route. Before quoting we check whether it can be shipped, the car's condition and the export documents required. Terms depend on the specific car and destination country.
Can you give a transit time before the car is chosen?
To discuss a plan, the country of purchase and the delivery point are enough. A firmer estimate needs the collection point, the car's readiness and transport availability. A transit time is not guaranteed on the country of origin alone.
What do you need to quote transporter delivery?
Collection and delivery points, make and model, the number of cars and their condition. Tell us whether the car can move on its own and what you know about loading at the yard.
Can you move a car that does not run?
This must be agreed before booking. Describe the car's condition and collection conditions: they define the loading method and whether the route is possible.
Can you collect a car from a port or a dealer?
Yes, both are part of road delivery planning. We need confirmation that the car is ready for release, the collection documents and the handover address.
