What happens after your request

  1. You send a request

    Form, call or email — whatever suits you. You don't need to know all the answers.

  2. A manager clarifies the details

    A few questions so that the answer is specific:

    • Car. Make, model and condition. Whether the car runs.
    • Route. Where to collect it — seller, auction or terminal — and where to deliver it.
    • Timing. When the car is ready for collection and when you would like to receive it.

  3. Estimate and plan

    An initial itemised estimate and next steps. The final services, cost and timing are agreed separately.
